The Nyota on the Job Experience Training Program, supported by the Government of Kenya, provides young people with a valuable opportunity to gain practical workplace experience and industry-relevant skills. Practical Exposure in a Professional ICT Environment
Trainees participating in the Nyota on the Job program at Vinceserve Solutions engage in hands-on activities across various ICT fields, including computer applications, digital literacy, networking, technical support, data management, web technologies, and emerging digital solutions. This practical exposure enables participants to apply their knowledge in real work settings while gaining confidence and competence in the use of modern technologies.
Mentorship, Capacity Building, and Employability Enhancement
The program is designed to enhance both technical and professional skills through continuous mentorship and workplace guidance.
